Tube Ice Machine is one of our Machines for food field series pruducts,which is widely applied in drinking modulation,decoration,food storage and fresh keeping,etc..

Tube ice machine series space saved, high effect and energy saving , system intelligent control . It is a kind of well distributed vortex water film forming ice system , ice maker adopt full stainless steel material , meet eat sanitary standard , forming ice with nice shape. Machine design with cut ice and filter water equipment .

Tube ice is a kind of hollow cylindrical ice with external diameter 22 mm , 29mm , 35mm, and length 25-42mm, The hole diameter is usually 5-10mm and  it can be adjusted according to ice making time .

Features:

tube ice is thick and transparent with long storage period. It isn't likely to melt in a short time , good air permeability.

Ice making principle of the ice tube machine

1.After the refrigeration system working normally , the water in the bottom water tank transported to the inlet of the upper water bin from the outlet by the chilling pump , the water go through the water segregation in the way of recuperator tube , in this case the temperature is reduced , some water freeze into ice tube in the inner recuperator tube , and the rest water in low temperature goes back to the bottom water bin , the water circulating again and again in this way , and the cooling capacity is in little loss.

2.Full automatically: PLC system controls the whole ice making process.

3.Application : it can be directly eaten or used in cold drinks, wine , cool foodstuffs, make ice pastries and keep seafood fresh etc.
